Can I modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, none of the items can be changed or removed, and no items can be added.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelling an order is time-sensitive so please reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If an order has already shipped out, then this cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to us via phone during our business hours at 1800-890-2633 or via the CONTACT US page.

Absolutely YES! We love our furry friends too much to put them through that. Our products are Vegan & cruelty-free and give you fabulous hair without

As a general guideline, we recommend using our shampoo and conditioner at least two to three times a week, and styling products as needed. However, feel free to adjust the frequency based on what works best for your hair.
